Main Idea of the Poem
In this poem, the poet has depicted the beauty, loveliness, and splendour of nature. He is captivated by the alluring beauty of Cherry. The poet has been enjoying every bloom of cherry in the previous 20 years. However, he feels unsatisfied and mourns his short life. The poem concludes that “Nature is beautiful, but life is short to enjoy it”.
