### What is circular motion?

When a body is moving in circle then its motion said to be circular or angular motion.
Example;
moon revolve around the earth in circular path
electron revolve around the nucleus in nealy circular orbit.

Radian can be defined as “angle made by an arc at the center of a circle, whose length equal to radius of the circle.”

### Define degree.

If the circumference of a circle divided into 360 equal parts, the angle made by each part at the center of the circle, called one degree.

### Prove that s = rq

If an arc of length s of a circle of radius r subtends an angle q at the center of the circle then

Arc length is always equal to the product of radius and the angle made by arc at the center.
